By purchasing a course, creating an account or accessing course materials, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a course.

  1. Course access

Your purchase gives you personal access to the course and the materials described on the relevant sales or checkout page.

Access is provided through Thinkific and requires a suitable device and internet connection.

We may make reasonable updates to course content to improve its quality or accuracy.

If we permanently withdraw a course while you still have access, we will take reasonable steps to provide replacement materials, continued access or an appropriate refund.

  1. Prices and payments

The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, the price includes any applicable VAT.

Payments are processed securely by Thinkific and its payment providers. We do not store your complete payment-card details.

Promotional prices and discount codes may be available for limited periods. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined or applied retrospectively.

  1. Our 30-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase if:

• you have completed 100% of the purchased course; and
• having completed it, you do not feel it provided the value described.

To request a refund, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. Please include:

• the name and email address used for the purchase; and
• a brief explanation of why the completed course was not helpful for you.

Thinkific must show that you completed 100% of the course. If a technical issue means your completion was not recorded correctly, we may ask for reasonable evidence that you completed it.

A refund under this guarantee will not be provided if:

• you have not completed the course;
• you submit your request more than 30 days after purchase;
• you have simply changed your mind without completing the course; or
• you have previously received a refund for the same course.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, and your course access will be removed.

This voluntary guarantee is additional to your statutory consumer rights. The completion requirement does not apply where you are exercising a statutory right, including where digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied as agreed.

  1. Digital content and cancellation rights

Course access normally begins shortly after your payment is accepted.

By requesting immediate access to the course, you acknowledge that beginning to access the digital content may affect your statutory cancellation rights.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

  1. Personal use and copyright

Your course account and access are personal to you. You must not:

• share your account or login details;
• allow another person to access the course through your account;
• copy, reproduce, sell or publicly share course materials; or
• use our materials to create or sell a competing product or service.

All course videos, worksheets, written materials, branding and frameworks belong to or are licensed to Simon Tomkins Coaching Ltd.

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously breach these terms or unlawfully share our materials.

  1. Educational disclaimer

Our courses provide educational and coaching-based content for personal development.

They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, psychological treatment, psychotherapy or emergency mental-health support. They are not a substitute for advice or treatment from an appropriately qualified professional.

You are responsible for deciding whether the course is suitable for you and for any decisions or actions you take after using it.

  1. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy.

  1. Our responsibility

We are responsible for foreseeable losses caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.
